We had been having problems with our tankless water heater. We predicted Mac's because they had people who have been trained professionals at working on tankless water heaters.
I am a realtor and I discovered Steve's wisdom and integrity to be worthy of referring him once I need them to get the very best service at a reasonable price.
Steven MacDonald came out to help us. He was explained and professional every step of the procedure to ways and us we can keep our tankless water heater. I loved his honesty and integrity.

This was my business out. I called on Sunday and I was called by a lady back. My AC wasn't working and I inquired if I could find an appointment Monday morning. She informed me it should not be a issue. Monday before 8:30am they had a technician out. AJ was fantastic! He took a peek at everything showed me what went on. I actually had wires which were burnt. He went over everything running and got me up and I had chilly atmosphere.

Mac's is. They are prompt, reasonably priced and honest as they come. We've got a high tech tankless water heater which requires expertise in addition to training. Steve mended the heater difficulty in a few moments but showed me the way to perform maintenance to maintain the machine suggestion shirt for a very reasonable service charge less than others I predicted. You may trust the team!! and Mac We sure do!!

We had issues with our shower faucet contacted these guys since they were close and we had quick fix. Wayne and his staff were great, very friendly and knowledgeable and answered all my queries. He got all fixed up. Shower works good and feels just like a water flow.

Sunday afternoon I predicted in 3:33. Answering Service said they'd call back within two hours. Called back, left message... now it's been 24 hours. No call. I've found someone else. Just thought I'd post this Incase they use. In any event, didn't help me with a house full of drains.

Steve from Mac's Plumbing quoted me a price to get a water flow underneath the slab flooring. He had been very considerate, courteous, and timely. He provided me with complete explanation to my own satisfaction and answered all my questions. Kristyn, customer service rep, did a great job in the scheduling and follow-up procedure displaying professionalism. Though Mac's Plumbing was my second option, it was just due to a difference in price. I don't have any hesitation in recommending to friends and shall think about its services.

I have used Mac's Plumbing twice and can't recommend them highly enough. The owner, steve, was the person who came to look at my difficulty. In both situations, he easily might have told me I had parts and repairs that weren't needed and I never would have known the difference. He had been honest enough to inform me that they were fast and minor repairs that took a couple of minutes. Like many people, I seem to have bad luck with repair people telling me things that don't seem right, doing work, or not showing up. Mac's Plumbing is reliable, responsive and above all, honest.

I am remodeling my house like my kitchen and three baths. Steve has been amazing to work with. He is very active but always finds time to fit us in his program. His workmanship is of exceptionally large quality, and I feel blessed to have found a plumber that I can trust and rely.

No return calls not on following up for repairs. Messages leftin business?

I know it doesn't for others and works for some! I was impressed with their prompt response and naturally: the support! Lionel was very polite, prompt and extremely knowledgeable ! My two bathrooms were repaired in no time while he explained what was wrong and showed me so I knew what not to do later on. Wow! Plumbers have such poor rep but I can not tell you about how good his service was enough!

The quick response from customer support added a star to my rating, because this kind of business practice indicates that Mac's would rather set a customer for life instead of nickel and dime for extra hidden fees that are not mentioned until after all of the work is finished.
I had been quoted a price of $325, to which I agreed; I shook hands (no paperwork, but the measure of a man is his ability to maintain his word) together with Steve and that he came out the next day to fix the matter.
I would use Mac's plumbing - particularly after a potential billing difficulty solved and was diffused by the pleasant customer service representative.
Before Mac's Plumbing came out to fix the plumbing issue, a buddy and that I awakened 3 to 4 feet to find the matter. We found the problem and it would have been simple enough to reattach a pipe. I felt comfortable paying a professional who'd warranty the work.
The standard of the job done was above par. Mac's estimate was a little more than the other provider that is local, so I paid, but Steve looked knowledgable and simpler than the competitor.
The snafu, which was managed by Mac's customer service, was that there was an extra service fee added in addition to the estimated price on the bill. Since the estimate should incorporate any service cost, that did not make sense to me personally and Steve hadn't said it the day. Before I overreacted and became angry, I called the office. The customer service representative said that the estimate should have contained the support cost and it had been a mistake. Since I paid using a credit card, she assured me she cost me that the agreed upon price of $325 and would deduct the service fee.
The next time I have an plumbing issue, I will use Mac's.

Macs pipes, at first, a pipes service that is reasonably priced and very self explanatory. I phoned them out to help answer we were having pretty consistent copies within our pipes. Steve came out, provided to set the camera down the pipe to get the cause. $380. I figured it would be worth knowing exactly what caused the situation. I paid. Camera went down and we watched the camera struck a"pipe" wall, Steve automatically said... its a crushed pipe. We will need to go in and fix is, there was a drop in the pipe and the pipe structure smashed another. He explained it was my duty because it was the home side of the road, and therefore no EID (city). So I got a quotation $845, and he said he would be back Mon.. Well, I predicted EID (the city) and the came out for free. Stuck on a camera said I had a lot of roots seeping into some feeble pipes. That was it.
Called EID ago, explained what Steve had said. And he explained... Call a different plumber.
I asked him to leave.
Shame on you Steve.
So I really did.
I said, how can I know you are right, vs. Steve?
Wow... Steve was trying to take me to get a $4,000. ride!!
And if you didnt do it on purpose... Shame on you for not even knowing what you are doing, sounds like an adventure issue.
I asked, what about the smashed pipe... he said... that there is no crushed pipe, exactly what the"plumber" must not realize is there is a upside down pipe, and exactly what the camera was hitting was the end of the pipe where it falls into the town line.
He responded,"I bet my job with this" You don't have a smashed pipe!
Then Steve came back Monday with a NEW quote, saying that because the hole he had been going to have to dig was 5-6 ft. down he would have to build walls, and therefore it was likely to be $4,000. W H A T ???

Very Great Customer Service. The Technician knowlegeable was considerate and indicated the best choices. Answered all questions. I padi by check and suggested their simple payment program.

Inever have received a call and've left two messages about 5 days aside on their answering machine. Can't recommend.
