That is possibly the best experience I have had with any business working at my home. Brennan arrived punctually after picking up my toilet which was in will phone and had it installed in about one hour. He helped with utilizing the older lid/seat so it didn't slam shut, to replace the one and cleaned during and after the job. He was extremely personable, knowledgeable and a pleasure to have fulfilled.
