Advanced Security Safe and Lock

I had no doubts that they are aware of what they're doing. They are courteous and responsive to our requirements.
My car needed a new locking system. The cost was reasonable given the quantity of work. The turnaround was speedy and the service was outstanding!
We also had the rear door and fortified. The guys did an excellent job in explaining the security elements and the setup process. They picked at the doorway I wanted and installed a door frame in addition to the function.
I'm very grateful for the caliber of service and attention they provided. I called the 24 hour emergency locksmith. Ben was at our home in a hour and responded to our telephone. He was very patient and helpful given the circumstances. He promised us that he had been taking every step to help us feel secure.

I requested he pop open since my keys were locked in there my back latch. He insisted that he wanted to try the door handle and then the door lock. After several attempts, that's where the damage to my car occurred. In all I've probably accrued around at least $100 worth of damages (determined by what they estimate for paint.)
Overall acceptable if you don't care about your car getting damaged in the process. I would have waited for somebody with tools, but I guess I learned my lesson.

Sadly my frustration was using their own technician while they had been extremely prompt and good about sending out their technician. They discounted the price for lockout support from $140 to $50 to be honest, however I took the following damages: my tint about the driver's side is torn and will have to be replaced (it was a $280 tint project so I'm hoping one window won't be bad)my paint on the door at the top (in which the technician inserted his device) is completely scratched off down into the surface. The paint and my rear window outside above it were scratched.

Crystal is a manager at this company. She is disrespectful, rude and speaks with people in a manner that is condescending. I predicted to have something and when I had been discussing the price tag, she told the proprietor that I needed the repair! I then called back to talk with the proprietor and she explained that she did not care Crystal treated her clients. This company is unprofessional and I suggest you don't give them your business!

I locked myself by mistake and these guys really came through for me! Not only did they put me they replaced fixed region of the door, also the lock ! They were in and out in under 20 min! Fantastic service for a great price!

Awesome superb work and customer service. I threw my key in the trash (by accident lol) and coincidentally the trash folks came before I recognized it. I discovered this place and hunted for auto key replacement after viewing testimonials and went. My experience was amazing. They arrived frames I was given by them and called. To the time that I called from the time I had my keys in my hand, it was less than two hours. They did whatever and came to me. Pricing was super reasonable for its quickness, them driving me to mepersonally, unlocking my vehicle, and programming my new key. I've saved their information for your future (but ideally I've learned my lesson and won't need them for some time lol). I don't leave reviews but they were so amazing, I had to! So happy with guys!

I have been here on several occasions for various distinct things including safety system setup and door fix. They gave me a much price and this time I needed a replacement key fob for my vehicle and I got the key fob. I saved me over 50 percent this time and the service is always outstanding.

UPDATE! The products they use are cheap and they are not truthful. Three people in my area told me that they had the EXACT same experience with Advanced. Tsk! Tsk!
Now the guy is telling me exactly the same key he left me will charge me $250 at the dealership. Nope. I was quoted $65, since they'll use the chip as Advanced would have by toyota. And the secret of Toyota will be a genuine Toyota product.

Later one was misplaced a side was copied by them with fob for the Mazda 3. I am delighted with the service.

This place is great at creating keys to your car. I came here for a spare set of keys and found that the shop was well-staffed with attentive, experienced locksmiths and technicians. They let me watch them gave me guidance, also testing the key and work on maintaining my car safe. The price was reasonable and it was cheaper than my dealer! If I need their services , I'll Be back

I help manage a synagogue..they prepare the whole building with security cameras (over 15) and the machine also! They did a professional and tidy occupation, I was impressed with their job! Would certainly recommend them!

Ben is a seasoned practitioner who accommodated me on a Sunday morning. He was able to pick the lock within a few minutes, allowing me to retrieve my passport. Ben is truly Wonderful

Excellent service. Yesterday, I visited this place for the first time. I walked in and employee was assisting a customer. Before you know it there was still another employee helping me. Let us just say they do business that is great. I had been to other stores to have a key created and kept having problems. I went to this store and I had been in and out in under 15 minutes with the keys created I wanted. I would definitely return to this area to do future business.

Needed to get a second key fob. It is push-button start these days, as everybody knows, like back in the 90's, only so that I ca get a cut. Called my dealer and has been quoted an plus tax for only 1 fob! And they did have them in stock! Considered not getting a second one due to the cost but Googled locksmiths and found Advanced as a top rated business with good testimonials. Gave the store a telephone, was greeted by a pleasant voice, and explained my difficulty and was told it shouldn't be an issue. Got my keys and headed out the door hoping for some fantastic news. Arrived in the store and spoke to the guy in the front counter who said he should be able to plan the fob and had one in stock! He headed out the door and caught his fob developer and came back in minutes saying he had it done. Went out and attempted both fobs to make they enough they did! Finest aspect of all, they had the ability to perform it for $110.00 CHEAPER than the dealer. Could not be happier with the service , any locksmith needs, this is the place to go!

They corrected the matter after speaking with the company. When I called I wanted a price. The business contacted me stating but they would honor the quotation. I'll use them again.

I lost the key to my car and called advanced. My replacement secret was.
Although if I am paying the same amount as others that receive exactly the identical day a key that functions I believe some sort of discount must have been given about the key.
He had been specialist and really polite however the secret did not open the door and that was granted to me just begun my ignition when Alex came to make my key. Alex told me to go to the shop another day to get the key repaired which I did and I had no problem.
Once I went to the shop I waited patiently for atleast 30 minutes or even more. As soon as I received my key back attached was a key, one key opened the door and the other began the ignition. Since I was charged full price for keys that didn't work in my 24,, as they should be, Everybody was really pleasant.
The gentleman told me to call Alex another day (third day) to get the following key which I would receive at a discount. (After I have already paid full price for a secret that didn't work) I have called Alex many times and left messages with no answer.

Bought a 2017 car. Trader provide a 2nd key fob but wanted too far to program it (that's another story). Went at Advanced Security Safe & Lock to Jack and he had the key fob cut and engineered 10 minutes. Fast, friendly, honest and accommodating was the service which I received. Thanks you Jack!

I've got two Honda cars the immobilizers were acting up. The Honda dealer said they would have to reprogram the whole vehicle to the tune of $250 each. So I purchased the exact real Honda programmable sterile keys off eBay for a very small volume. And had these men program and cut on the secrets for the two for significantly less than 150. 1 key was worn they needed to look up the exact number too and were able to receive it fit better than brand new. The driveway is simple from nw dc. But just go through the day when traffic is light and you are golden. :)

Today was a fantastic day! The agent did a fantastic job. He was helpful and a really knowledgeable! He made sure I knew how to work with the secure and to reset where to add new batteries. He gave me a thorough and very clear invoice and make sure that I was ready to deal with the secure with care. Really like this company prices. The proprietor is patient and does not pressure you he helped my arrive at the best solution for our loved ones. His cost was 60 percent less expensive than the competition and he had been much nicer.
