Now Couldn't have been more happy with the support Carlos provided. Sheriff eviction lockout having an tenant indoors. Carlos drilled the lock with the renter on the opposite side of the door. The renter left with no incident, but that is as dangerous as it gets for someone in this profession. Friendly and professional. Carlos and a-Advance have made my business for life!

Nestor was prompt came out and professional. Follow up was excellent and they went above and beyond to make sure I was cared for.

I tried to find some keys replicated for a condo in downtown San Diego. I tried several different areas who didn't deal with this kind of key because of the expense of the keys that were blank.
They aren't easy to find - but well worth discovering.

I known as 3 locations went to Home Depot Busy Bees Locksmith. This location was the only one which could made. Home Depot didn't even try because their computer could not find the design. Busy Bee tried double and they key collapsed. This location just rocked. I came back 2 days later and made another"difficult to make" key. These people were quick, courteous, and had reasonable prices. They are a little hidden off the street if u have a key to 23, but they are worth the trip.

Reliable high quality specialists... they installed our front door lock a couple of years back and we are now planning to have them perform the lock on our top security screen door so we can get it keyed alike. They can provide guidance on the highest quality locks for the sum of money and get things done quickly with minimal disturbance.

I've used this store mainly for auto keys and bike and door locks. They are prepared to go the extra mile to help me even though I'm a customer that is small.
Not a lot of employee turn over - . Ive gotten prompt and courteous service ranging from the new hire who isn't afraid to learn, to the owner who will answer the telephone. I am sorry I don't remember all your names... you're A#1!

A-Advanced went above and beyond my expectations. Aaron was super nice and productive and came out. We've got a multi-unit and multiple sets of keys which correspond to various doors (we wish to be able to provide access for our grandma but do not need to re-key all the locks if she leaves). Aaron was great about making the modifications and knowing what we asked for. He identified that among our gate doors was missing some of his pins - since he didn't have the pins in his van, he fixed it and came back - gratis!

These guys are wonderful. We are a small non-profit organization at the North Park area and they given door locks and a security camera system that is comprehensive! By donating everything they went far beyond and above and Bo is wonderful. Thank you guys so much!

Nice men. I got two commercial division keys created here for $6.50 each. Another essential place quoted me $30 for each and every key. Home Depot did not stock the keys I needed. I was made by him two keys and was really friendly. I shall come here for all of my key needs. Check out them. Is work and duplication that is essential.

Update 6/1/2013: they wanted a key and I had to get a key cut that is Lexus-EBay this lockshop! I'll cover $25/key at a different institution, thank you very far, LOSE ONE STAR!!!

I've used this location for lock issues for years in my small business building but not really as happy to see the effort made to fix a minor issue to my front door, this particular week after a lock change. It doesn't matter who you speak to down there, you'll be in great hands. Cody and Kevin went the extra mile for me.

I had a serviced and have a rental in Chula Vista. The man came out and fixed. I had been charged the service cost that I gladly paid to get me tenant off my spine. Way to manage the issue! I'd certainly use them again.
