I filled out multiple requests to get a sump pump replacement on a Saturday morning. Not only was Oehls the only organization to react, they reacted with a phone call within 5 min (on a Saturday). I was very pleased also that they were able to come out that Monday. It began to rain unexpectedly and , out of the blue, they known also to determine if I wanted to come out that day and to make sure that my cellar was not flooded. This was customer service.
