He was with communicating with me, excellent. I was unable to be there since I was out of town. He'd send number of pictures before, during, and afterwards.

This is a review which warrants more than one or two sentences. I had an urgent requirement to fix one of my master bedroom sinks due to a leak, which I attempted to fix . . A entire failure and a waste of cash and time. Revive the sink and only 3 answers inside 10 minutes, while two of the 3 reacted with the minimum fee to fix the leak. Now, the firm was Maintenance and ODG Services. Oscar Gonzalez reacted on Yelp with a message and we scheduled an appt the day at 10am. Oscar was fine and agreed and I needed to cancel the appt due to perform to fulfill the next day, same time. Oscar was 5 minutes early, professional, knowledgeable, friendly, dog friendly and kept me updated before he started the job and how long it will take. After many quotes we chose Oscar to help us. We had a few outrageous quotes to get a easy repair. Oscar was honest and useful as could be. Came and walked through what he do and also how to block it in the future. He let us know that he does then pipes. He mentioned that he does electric and contracting as well. I always call Oscar using ODG services, when I need any repairs done on my possessions. . He is a guy that knows what he's doing. . Handyman services had attempted on different occasions over a long time period and had come to realize you could come across some people that have. . Oscar is quite punctual which is also hard to discover and his rates are reasonable for someone that actually knows what he's doing and can get the work done, not needing to return multiple times to correct 1 problem... I called five handymen on Monday in Pompano Beach, and Oscar was the only one available. He additional locks and bolt also replaced a laundry room door, altered a light fixture, and fixed my bathroom . Worried as your job is too little that Oscar will not come out? He enjoys tasks! Fantastic communication the afternoon, from texting back and there so that I knew when he was on his way, going to find the supplies, providing the quote, and providing a professional statement for all the work and materials. Waking up to no water on a Monday is not the fantastic start to a week. My water heater had tripped its breaker, because the wire had melted and shorted. It had occurred before, and I took the episode for a sign to call a specialist while my husband had made temporary fixes. I called three additional electricians-- one of them couldn't make it out until Wednesday, another couldn't make it out until the following week, and another gave me a"I may be able to go out today." I called Oscar. He gave me a call back in 10 minutes and said he would be able to come out at 2 pm (I called at around 9:30 am). He explained he had a couple of jobs to manage, and that he would call me if he was done. In 1:40, he let me know he was one and texted me his way! He knew exactly what the issue was and took a look, came, and explained he was going to go to look at costs of the materials he would need, and he would then send a quote to me. There was no charge to give a quote to me, and I discovered his quote to be fair for the work he had to do, so I had him repair the matter and go. I am very satisfied with his work and of course very pleased to have hot water again. Certainly recommend ODG Services!
