Next comes the bill. When I phoned for the quotation they didn't mention it was 65$ just to get them out there PLUS $125... However because they drilled my door open they awakened that $125 to $185. . .we're now at $250. Naturally there's taxation so total was $272, to use a charge card.
If you are going to scalp me be straight up about it. My information - cost as soon as your locksmith don't be reluctant to call an alternative when they can't pick the lock and arrives.
I accidentally locked myself out of my bedroom. It is a push lock on the interior with key entry on the exterior. I called these guys and got a quote of $125. They didn't even try to unlock the door and showed up. They explained they drilled a hole into my door knob couldn't decide on that type of lock. You know they can't but there sure seem to be. But hey, they doorway was opened.
Three stars because I get to sleep in my bed tonight.
CHOOSE ANOTHER LOCKSMITH THESE ARE SCAM ARTISTS. Pay attention to the reviews. I Called this organization and enjoy other reviewers they never said there are a fee for coming by and giving an estimate even though they were repeatedly asked by me over the telephone it cost. If they arrive they will announce a random price just weather that you use their services or not. If you've got an issue with you being scammed by them they will hurl racist insults and continue to demand payment. There are hundreds and hundreds of real locksmiths in NYC so stay away from these people.
These guys gave me the best price for a cylinder switch. The locksmith was polite and considerate in addition to punctual and conveyed with me throughout. I've used other locksmiths and of those locksmiths I predicted, these guys had the most aggressive pricing. HIghly recommend

He suggested that since it was not entirely broken, I didn't need to replace my initial lock. However, I told him that I upgrade to a more sturdy Segel lock he recommended.
He was honest with pricing and the lock works excellent. He said if anything was wrong with the lock I could text him.
Arthur came across ASAP, and was in contact concerning time when he was delayed a little day. His job was outstanding, and he didn't flinch when the job appeared harder than he'd figured. Really phenomenal provider, in terms of scheduling and workmanship. I booked an appointment the Day of President, when my building was shut for repairs. Arthur did not even blink at this reality and only said the following day, he would come. For making him come out that 15, he refused to accept $20.
Look no further this man will get the job done for significantly less.

After calling their number, they showed up in 10 minutes. The technician was very professional and had the proper tools for the job. They took 20 minutes to get the work well done and 2 days after I received a call from the owner (Eric) to follow up regarding the ceremony. Highly recommended, they are true experts. :)
Caution: these guys are complete scam artists! Once they have done the work They'll increase their quotation. Add arbitrary charges . Don't hire them! You will regret it! No integrity and totally overcharged. Yikes.
BewareTimeless scam. The man on the telephone and the locksmith both quoted one price - which was outrageous for the job but we were at a pinch, therefore agreed to have the job done. The number changed, When the job was completed - they said it would be $100 more, which they had been saying that all together and we had been lying and trying to scam them. Right. They then tried to bring a"service charge" of $60 and refused to leave. Did they leave and immediately take payment for the original 23, Just when we told them they could call the police to go over their scam. I would have a good hard look in the reviews of the company's rest. Sound repetitive and formulaic like the exact same man wrote them?
Eric was the guy who allow me to change the lock and came . I phoned him and within the summertime my lock was altered! Very dependable, friendly, and reasonably priced! I'll definitely be using them again I want a locksmith.

Incredible service! I was locked inside my flat & needed to take the lock apart to get out. NYC Locksmith was called by me and over an hour they showed up at my door on a Sunday! Not only was the service quickly and nicely done, I was told up front of all the outcomes and costs. The locksmith would be to try out everything before replacing the lock, in order to save costs.

I called and asked to get a locksmith, they stated they'd send somebody to"give me a quotation". Two men stated it'd be $225 for the ceremony, evaluated the lock and showed up. I diminished, then managed to get with help from my neighbor. They then tried to charge me a"service fee" for the quotation of $140. I told them I wouldn't pay, they then transferred the"service fee" to $60. There was no support. Yes, I understand they came to my assistance, but this should be said when I placed the call. Ridiculous. Extremely rude. Don't use them.
