The next time they came I had the wall and they pulled a coupling outside and brainstormed a few things. I left with having to attempt plumbing and am still left with a non working shower myself. They charged me $57.00 for the first trip despite the fact that they couldn't do anything. So, you will charge for a service that is not left and will call it because they had to enter your home, a service call.
