Franco's Safe & Vault

I own a business that deals in items and we have worked with Franco's Safe & Vault for decades. Each and every time--without exception--Franco's has surpassed my expectations in terms of assistance and value.
We have both purchased and sold safes and related products many times in years past and I am relieved to know who to call for our purchase and/or service ask that was secure. Special thanks to Jr Jesse and his team of specialists for jobs well done!
I worked in my field for other businesses, and had some exposure to businesses that were secure in Orange County and So Cal. None of the businesses are a close second to Franco's Safe. Seriously. They have the best deals and support of any company I've used. They also carry a diverse choice of safes and vaults, and they understand the product and market tremendously well.

Father and son run business and by far the most friendly and professional customer service out there. Throughout the past couple years I have purchased a range of safes here and time after time that they accommodate metreated me. They've rushed around to me with a phone call in emergency instances where I have locked myself out, fixed broken safes or moved them. Best prices by far and I have been. Thank you. You guys rock.

Beyond satisfied with my expertise. I am lucky to have discovered them. I recently bought a safe and they were knowledgeable and extremely helpful. We did a lot of research about which secure to get for her home and tried to find the best deals around. We went to Costco but after arriving here, we felt we got a bargain. I strongly recommend if you're in need of any kind of safe coming here.

The man at the front that answers the telephone and does all of the scheduling is really nice. He always has a bright and good attitude! I got a good vibe from this location because he was so friendly and accommodating. The customer support not to mention the prices are unbeatable and here is top notch. Thank you Francos!

Should you need a safe delivered or proceeded these are the guys!
I have worked with another company that has been a complete disaster so I understand both positive and negative. These guys are my #1 and call for all of my future needs.
1. They came out to inspect the location prior.
3. They completed the job once it had been turned down for being hard by at least 4 other firms.

No simple job either. I live on a hillside with a narrow route, that's approximately 8 degrees of incline. They then had to bargain with 22 steps, which are a 9 inch measure with an 11 inch rise. If that was not bad the whole set of stairs in addition to the landing are not level because of the hillside pushing everything forward and to the other side, years of erosion have taken their tole.
Oh I forgot to say TWO men did so move. This task was handled by these men with precision and attention, they got my safe with caution in my new location. They worked very hard, What they are paying these guys it's not enough...

I utilize Franco's regularly. Overall my tech is Jessie Jr & Adam. Both have provided reasonable pricing, and excellent support. Great response time usually in a couple of hours. They are used by The majority of the secure I they have been able to repair.

If it comes to safety or getting locks changed, this is the location! Victor once I got locked out of my house and wanted a locksmith in the middle of night and I first met. Within a short period of time and with a grin, problem solved! Later, I had to change my locks to rent out my location . He showed up in time and was elastic. Reliable, dependable and cost friendly!

Went to Maximum Safe because they have well and nearly a five star rating and a lot of reviews drafted website to look for anything I needed. . Once in the location, I was told they had a product but it costed $650 and they could not do installation. I proceeded to ask the agent, I think Jeff is his title a whole ton of questions which he didn't understand the answers to. (In his defense I could see a great deal of bills on his desk and he was probably swamped)... They had a cute, lively dog and looked nice enough but didn't really seem interested in helping service my needs or resolve my problem. . Being that this was a deal breaker, I left frustrated and in grief... Driving around looking for the freeway, I drove past Franco's Safes (I thought somewhat odd the likelihood of finding two safe firms near each other), and decided what the hell... Walked in, was immediately greeted by customer service rep with a grin... Spent 10 seconds, found the exact same item that as a floor model with 10% discount was roughly $500. . They offered installation and even explained that I was able to personalize the combination to whatever I would like (I was told by other company that this could not be done.) I am very happy that Franco's exists and kicks ass... In the past, I've had other safes that broke or company that offered me the merchandise couldn't mend... I thought I was outside this money but held on to the safes at the hopes there were true artisans from the area... I am pleased to say that I think I found them and certainly will be sending my broken safes to this company for repay, since they do repairs that's amazing!

What can I say about this Santa Ana company than I had been provided with support. Really the company in Orange County. They try their best to locate the best options for the customer. They assert 30 decades of experience in their trade and it shows. And of course their aggressive prices beat the rest. I know that if it comes down to it they're the go to guys to get the work finished.
