The appointment was for 4. The technician called at 5:10p would be on site between 8 & 7. The technician called stating he'd arrive within 20 second yet didn't arrive until an hour. I had been misquoted concerning the cost, the technician insisted on changing the knkbs when I know the key entrance could have just been changed. Since I really needed my locks changed, I asked to discuss the miscommunication. The manager cut me off was immature and extremely rude. Me threatened when I was wished to go over the miscommunication. I asked the technician as now the services were clearly desired by me, to depart. Until I stated Please Leave My Home, he continued to deal.
