What's a Yelper to do? I leveraged the project message capacity within Yelp and asked 5 locksmith to estimate me in the hopes they'd meet or beat the auto pricing. Fast Locksmith not merely was the very responsive, they (Ronnie) also was advocated by other locksmith as the native Alexandria professional for only this type of job.
Easy to coordinate Tony, his tech, to make a tonight. I'm marginal in math, but let's do some simple addition; $130 outside the doorway for a fully functional FOB (with freshly key cut) is much far better than $245 the dealership desired.
Tony remained on site to answer my own questions, guaranteed I tested both FOB and key(s) for my satisfaction, and made fast work of an easy credit card payment. Support on a NOVA nighttime! This is my situation, I bought a used automobile with one key FOB. Needed to obtain a spare and I will not even tell you how much the dealership desired ($115 for the FOB and an additional $135 to plan the item ).

Ronnie does a fantastic job and remains in communication. He will if he can take care of the issue less expensively. Highly recommend him.

I recently moved to the area and dropped my motorcycle keys. I've a 2016 Yamaha R1 and Tony came out and hooked me up with two replacement keys from scratch, which made it to where I did not have to drive an hour to the dealer. If your keys are lost by you in almost any circumstance I highly recommend.

I dropped my car keys and Fast Locksmith saved daily. I scheduled a couple of hours later and asked for a quotation on Yelp. Tony came on time known as 30 minutes prior to the appointment had been on the way and has been completed in a half hour. Prompt and friendly service, quick. Thank you Tony! You're the best!

These guys are great! Ronnie and Ben have every done among our doorways. They are courteous, professional, and effective. We had been in a bit of a predicament because we tried to install a deadbolt ourselves to find out, Now that it was not compatible with the holes in the doorway. I explained the problem to them and Ronnie was here within one hour on a weekday evening. Following his work was done, he also provided to stay around while we had been experiencing issues setting up the lock even though this issue was not whatsoever related to his part of the install or his fault whatsoever. Costs were also moderate for both installments. Will continue to call this team and recommend that others do exactly the same.

Tony of Fast Locksmith responded immediately when I sent out an sos after having locked myself. So he also brought me a fresh battery, turns out my fob battery was low. He had been done in moments. I truly appreciated the excellent support!

What I truly appreciated was he did not simply open the door and leave. He decided why my key hadn't worked and remained. He went out of the strategy so that they work 21, to reposition the deadbolt and the base door lock.

Wow -- Ben can be my locksmith forevermore and is amazing. He came promptly, was professional but friendly and most of all got me in record time within my home.

I setup an appointment a week in advance. I got no calls/updates now as the appointment time window went on and as the appointment time approached today. I delivered a Yelp message around 2:45 pm asking when the appointment was on because the man hasn't shown up to the firm and no one called. No response over Yelp. Message ignored. The automotive technician abruptly calls around 3pm stating there is NO way he can be here by 4pm because he's busy doing something different and asking"what is the LATEST I will come by?" We agree to an extension to 5pm, and he said"I can be there by 5". 5pm rolls up: Locksmith is a total NO SHOW - text or no call or anything. Around 5:10pm he calls and says"Hey, I am not going to be able to help it become 5pm. Can we schedule for a different DAY?"
Seriously? Why can you call AFTER 5PM to say you can't make it ? Which didn't show up with a week's notice and can't maintain its own appointments after I Have WASTED an entire Saturday afternoon awaiting a company? No way! I told the man because I will be going with someone else for help, to CANCEL. There is no way I'd risk wasting weekend afternoon waiting by if they feel like it, for a company that might or might not show up or just drops. Their appointment system is completely meaningless if their employees are being overbooked by them and can't arrive at the scheduled time. There is no reason to even HAVE appointments when the guy's just going to show up WHENEVER.
They were: Contacted by consumer experience through Yelp for a quote on a replacement automobile distant. Person responded with a reasonable offer price and advice. When I inquired about available appointment times, the man inexplicably failed to react for a WEEK before I messaged him again saying"Hey, you never got back to me"
Not recommended. Unreliable Struggling to maintain communication, and appointments because of overbooking.
AVOID this place: They've ZERO value for your client's time. It is just a disorganized waste of your time.
Thanks for WASTING my time on a Saturday afternoon with bad scheduling, planning, run-arounds, and lack of communication. HORRIBLE:I don't suggest this place to anyone. A complete waste of time, entirely UNPROFESSIONAL, and not worth the frustration caused by their bad planning and disorganization. In case you aren't currently going to KEEP them do not OFFER appointments. This experience to supply any 1st time client. I will just go to the dealership for a new automobile distant. A complete WASTE of a Saturday for nothing this was for me personally.

Missing the sole key fob for my 2013 Nissan Altima and known as Fast Locksmith on Monday afternoon (Memorial Day). They sent someone out, responded immediately and were done in under 15 minutes. Finest price and support - even on holiday weekend!

Called this location because of their reviews. Was placed on hold immediately, sent to a voicemail, and my phone wasn't returned, since I called it's now been 3 hours and no call back.
We were locked out with an urgent need to get in to feed our baby. Really disappointed. Went with another locksmith.

I locked myself out of the house. Went to Yelp and found this firm. They were at the house in a reasonable period of time. The guy helping us was considerate and did what he could to minimize harm. We were in before we knew it! I'd use them again in the future (but hopefully will not have to)!
