They discounted her invoice 652. I believe that is fair.

Extremely pricey. More than the price of a quote from another local plumbing company.

$1000 is a substantial difference. I don't suggest Cloverdale Plumbing.
I had been very disappointed with work & the service provided by Cloverdale Plumbing. A gas line cracked in my gas stove. They came into my home and capped my gas line off and provided the estimate. They billed me $179 for the service call provided me an estimate of $800 to finish the repairs. I thought so I decided to call another Plumber in the region that was excessive. Cloverdale Plumbings bidding shocked the other Plumber. They finished the repairs immediately and charged $316.

Now Cloverdale Plumbing helped recover my daughters pocket. Very professional, courteous and a good samaritan!

This is actually the second time Cloverdale Plumbing has been used by us. They are amazing! They function to schedule an appointment that's convenient for you. Then the plumbers are so friendly and arrive punctually! Matthew was quite patient. He also made sure we understood what he gave us a reasonable quote had to do and made sure we had no queries! We'll continue to utilize Cloverdale Plumbing!!

I had a leaky bathroom on a Sunday afternoon, I needed to call a plumber and quick. Cloverdale was the only firm out of four that I predicted that answered the phone. Ryan came out over half an hour of my phone. Ryan was efficient and quick, and friendly. I will call on Cloverdale Plumbing again together with my plumbing needs.

So disappointed in my service now. The plumber has been very pleasant but he billed me $136 to pull steel wool wrapped around the end out. Then he ran the rinse cycle four times to ensure that was the issue. It took all of 20 minutes and in addition to that he billed me $59 for traveling time. Such a joke, $195 later. I won't use them again!

When we had a pipe burst under the house, Cloverdale sent out a plumber immediately. Ryan worked to acquire the water out so we can get our water back on and remained. He was fantastic and remained until 11pm. He was very diligent and we felt like we had been in good hands. I utilized Cloverdale at a different home many years ago for a burst pipe too, as the encounter was just terrific. I recommend them very much.

Just like Kurt O and Al S has said.. .Just stay away unless you want to get overcharged. . .twice. I used them since my reduction firm suggested them. Wish I had seen Yelp first. Before posting this I called Kenny. More explanations without his homework than another grader.

I have used Cloverdale Plumbing for my private house and they were affordable, dependable and transparent . I can hope that Cloverdale Plumbing will take care of them, when my customers need a fantastic plumbing firm.

They were supposed to arrive the day of July 5. My husband and I stayed home all day and remained off the phone if they had to call. No one ever showed up. Ironic, as their motto is"We will be there."

The pipes to acquire a toilet unplugged was 300.
I have over 30 different properties and have worked with several plumbers.
This company way over charges. I have charged $70 to get a bathroom handle.

PLEASE READ THE ENTRY ON THE 4/4/15 DATE FIRST! I am a little amazed at this company. This emergency issue cost/billed us $2000 in repairs, and $300 of that we were late with because of drug issues, plus they sent to set. I am disabled so we have to be cost cautious because of expenses that are required.
That area collapsed, and started leaking, last week. I phoned 3/4/15, 9:15a,(we'd talk about our own lives for a bit) they said they would call back, asked if I was going to be home/near the phone, and never did call back. That plumber said the entire area of work was a mess( about a 4x4 area of copper pipe) and that it was going to have to be substituted, as it had been going to have issues later on. I just wish they been respectful and just would have predicted. Just be respectful, if they were not going to come out for any reason. I won't call themrefer them to contacts or friends of businesses whom I have.
There are some plumbers within this valley, that are pleased with their work and let their workmanship speak for itself. Cloverdales work is good but much to more costly for the quality.

4/4/15-well we have said lied to again about the bill and agreed to something and did another. Monthly (9-18-14 thru 3/31/15) a $15.00 finance fee, in addition to the Lien charge of $79.00(9/17/2014), and did not send us a receipt for the sum we did pay, but charged us a finance fee on the date that that it had been paid, so we have a lien on the house over fund fees and a that comes to a total of $199.00. . .and the threat of legal action. . .how pleasant.
Throughout the emergency, their plumber said that we were going to be having difficulties later on or while he made some other repairs that an area had repairs. This area of repairs of copper line about 6" of 1/2, with solder and fittings price us $340.00.
Well as of now 3/6/15 I found out what's occurred. Cloverdale known as me. As a result of my illness, which is miserable, and triggers some bad issues, Which because has the side effect of memory issues. Cloverdale called me along with a rather loud and gruff voice(that is being nice) advised me that I owed money from the emergency scenario (last August). I truly did not remember. He'd bring up that my buddy had written a check for over $1,000, but that I owed $400. He said that the amount last month was reduced, but they were adding on interest. He left the remark that somebody must be hiding them, when I said that I truly did not remember seeing the invoices. He also made remarks about the man or whoever he is that lives here. Within the loud conversation he made the statement that he walked around, and that he had been out to the house, to deliver the invoice to me, that he had knocked on the door but no one answered. He defended his plumber's work and said that he had come to check on the leak. In addition, he said that he knew that he bills/statement were making to the mail boxand when I asked how many had he sent, he told me over ten a month....this conversation went on a little more, and went to the point of attempting to clarify medical and so on, to shield myself and he made remarks about that also, at the close of the conversation I had been is rips, and ill. I am doing my very best to recover from not pleasant circumstance. This individual had enjoyed himself, really enjoyed himself. A ride in an ambulance is three times this amount.
This sum of money made by this company doesn't justify this kind of behavior. Some and I may agree, some may not, and that is okay.

I paid these folks $65 tell me and to look at my sink they wanted $475 to re-install my garbage disposal and another $425. I'd to the faucet in 15 min and the disposal in 30 minutes. I still need to do this dishwasher. Figure 30 minutes in the least. So they wanted $900 for approximately an hour . Best ripoff effort.

After I predicted, they came 45 minutes. Quite friendly, got the job done was great! I will telephone they again and again! Feels good to know I have a plumber that I depend on and can trust. The phone number has now changed. It is.

The WORST company we dealt with. Because these guys were referred to us, there was no quote at first. The individual that came out since we were referred,"Do not worry, they'll work out a particular price." The guy fixed two sprinkler heads and completed within one hour. Our "special price" was $325. NEVER EVER use these people. If this was an option, I would leave zero stars.

Wow Sticker shock!! $195 to replace the valve to get a bath tub (I'd do it my self if I new ). It took 15 min to do the job and seemed really straightforward. The guy had the parts was fast and managed to get it done before I could get over the shock. "Plumbers are costly, prob because they will need to go to 4 decades of school for it." I will keep trying to find a plumbing firm that has reasonable prices. They did write off the service telephone speed. The only good thing is they had time '' I guess I understand why.

We lost our water heater. Called no answer and plumbers. Cloverdale answered on the second ring. We told them the circumstance. Our water heater has been only 3 years old that they said we'd be to contact the plumber which has been contracted on our build and we'd save money and under guarantee. I explained we've tried to contact times to that plumber in the past and today but never have our calls and we had to make a change. With that she took Andrew and all essential info called us. My husband walked through a reset and he knew what was wrong when that did not work. Inside one hour Andrew was our house doing the work and found the part. Fast, efficient and retained every step along the way. Andrew took good care of letting us know we would have guarantee coverage. Made. Thank you Andrew and Cloverdale.

They've been excellent at coming out - a few emergency calls and a few scheduled. This past weekend I had a toilet plug and got the water turned myself off and they were very respectful about working with my time along with me. The man tried to walk me through how to maybe fix it myself onto the telephone which I still needed him to emerge. They gave me an estimate over the telephone of what it'd likely cost if it had been something (which it was) and then fixed it. Sometimes these emergency things cost and can surprise you, but for somebody to come out on a and mend it was nice to understand. They've done work in the past as well (scheduled) and been polite also.
