I had a new water heater. Bob's Plumbing not just was educated, they were friendly, fast and reasonable in their prices. I have an old unit, so I wanted to make sure I hired a service to replace my water heater. I certainly recommend them.
Courteous and responsive. I needed my garbage disposal repaired the same day, and I got a call, and they had someone out to my home the following morning, got there on time and repaired everything I had mentioned. Many other plumbing firms didn't even bother to phone me back for such a"little job" as somebody said this was. Will be using them again and recommending to friends.

After a few end inquiries with some regional men about a water heating issue, I phoned Bob's and they came promptly to do an evaluation. We went through all the possible choices, after assessing a dying/leaking water heater, and they gave me a quote upfront. No cryptic costs here! I phoned Bob's Plumbing and they replied promptly. I explained that I had a garbage disposal and wanted to get it replaced quickly because my kitchen sink would not drain. The son of bob, Frank called me and stated that he could fit me right after lunch. His assistant and frank came and took a peek also stated that the problem was not only with all the garbage disposal but that the line was obstructed. They cleared the drain and then substituted the garbage disposal. They had the right tools all on their truck, others including a title brand garbage disposal that was recommended by other people. They charged a reasonable cost and adjusted and assessed the issue. I would use them again and will recommend them to use because of their plumbing issues.
Bob's Plumbing was fast, professional, and they do not charge any more than is absolutely crucial. They will find the job done properly, safely, and at a price second to none.
They didn't support the upstairs bathroom shower's floor here we are having to buy another one because it cracked, that they installed. They left a leak stating it couldn't be fixed by them?
