For rekey the back door and the house call to fix the door brandon came. He was very courteous and knowledgable about old locks (home built in 1920 having a first lock) and keys. Fixed both doors in only a couple of minutes and the price was right! Thanks b & a! You guys have my own business!
This was a waste of time. So I stumbled out from the cold for thirty minutes waiting for this guy in which my car is situated, I don't live.
I lost my only car key so I called A & B to get them make a new one. I informed them that my car required the make/model a programmed key and year. I also advised them I had key code and a metal support essential but would want the key that was programmable.
He didn't have a key to program to my car, when he did appear. He then drove off and said sorry.
The driver was 20 minutes and never called to locate my car. I had to call the phone phone number and tell her to get to my car and then about 5-10 minutes after he revealed.
My car was on the street outside an apartment complex so I told them to phone me when they arrived so I could guide them.
Called first thing in the am for a lock out of a space in my property. I had been told he didn't have anyone who might get out here for'quite awhile'. It may be an hour when I asked the time frame I was advised by him. That' was surprised quite awhile' that time frame worked for me and supposed only one hour. When he came just 1 hour after my call, 5 minutes were taken by the service. Short, efficient and sweet. Technician was. I highly recommend!
